  • [2013-2014] Assessment results indicated that students were weak in the fundamental areas of algorithms and databases. Courses CSCI 3650 (Analysis of Algorithms) and CSCI 3700 (Database Management Systems) were added to the core requirements, and 6 semester hours were removed from electives.

  • [2012-2013] The university went to a +/− grading system. The previous requirement that a major course can only count with a grade of C or better is changed to requiring a 2.0 or better, which does not allow a grade of C− to count.

  • [2011-2012] CSCI 3526 is replaced by CSCI 2410 in order to crosslist it with EENG 2410. The syllabus for CSCI/EENG 2410 is tightened up.
