[2013-2014]
Assessment results indicated that students were
weak in the fundamental areas of algorithms and
databases. Courses CSCI 3650 (Analysis of Algorithms)
and CSCI 3700 (Database Management Systems) were
added to the core requirements, and 6 semester hours
were removed from electives.
[2012-2013]
The university went to a +/− grading system. The
previous requirement that a major course can only
count with a grade of C or better is changed to
requiring a 2.0 or better, which does not allow
a grade of C− to count.
[2011-2012]
CSCI 3526 is replaced by CSCI 2410 in order to
crosslist it with EENG 2410. The syllabus for
CSCI/EENG 2410 is tightened up.
