Class notes

This class is taught from class notes rather than a textbook on the theory of computing. Proofs: A Long-Form Mathematics Textbook, by Jay Cummings, is a auxiliary text that is intended to help with proofs.

Exam dates

Quiz 1   Friday, September 23
Quiz 2   Friday, October 28
Quiz 3   Monday, November 28
Final exam   The final exam will take place
  1. on Thursday, December 9 from 11:00am to 1:30pm for section 001.
  2. on Monday, December 12 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm for section 002
